PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS OF USE AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (“TERMS”) BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE OR OTHERWISE USING THIS WEBSITE OR ANY OTHER BON LABO WEBSITE. THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND BON LABO.
By accessing or using the websites, including placing an online order for any products made available through them (referred to as “Products”), you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, as though you had signed this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you will not be permitted to access or use the websites or place any orders online.

Prices
All prices listed on Bon Labo ApS are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) or Euros (EUR) and include VAT. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to sell out of certain products without notification.
Payment
Bon Labo ApS accepts payment through Shopify. Your payment will only be charged to your account when you place your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued products.
Subscription
Bon Labo offers EU consumers products available for purchase through a subscription service (“Subscription”), which automatically renews unless canceled. When you sign up for a Subscription, the payment method you provide will be automatically charged at the current rate every X days (according to the plan you select) or at the delivery frequency you choose.
We offer products for both one-time purchases and on a subscription basis. The order page clearly indicates whether it is a subscription product, including how often and in what quantity products will be delivered. At the checkout page, it is again clearly stated that you are purchasing a subscription product, right next to the “Pay now” button.
You can pause or cancel your subscription by contacting customer service at info@bonlabo.com.
It is your responsibility to cancel or pause your subscription. By subscribing, you agree to receive recurring orders and shipments according to the plan you selected. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription. As a general courtesy, Bon Labo will attempt to send you emails when new orders or shipments are on the way, before they leave our facilities. Once your package has left our facilities, the order cannot be canceled.
Delivery
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible — typically within 7 days, and at most 10 days during extremely busy periods.
We ship to all EU countries. Shipping costs start at 0 DKK/EUR. Orders are typically delivered to your nearest parcel shop.
Your items are shipped with DHL, Deutsche Post, or GLS.
Note: If there is no capacity at the chosen pickup location, the package may be rerouted to a nearby location, and you will be notified of this change. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer service.
We deliver on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Your order will normally arrive within 7 business days after dispatch.
Certain products may have special delivery conditions, which will be stated specifically before you finalize your purchase.
Right of Complaint
A 2-year warranty period applies according to Danish law, covering manufacturing or material defects. Depending on the situation, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction. The warranty does not cover errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product or service. You must file a complaint within a reasonable time frame after discovering the defect.
The cost of return shipment is covered by you.
For returns, complaints, and the use of the right of withdrawal, please contact us by email, as each order is unique and we aim to ensure your satisfaction.
Refunds
In the case of refunds, please provide your bank details (registration number and account number) so we can transfer the agreed amount. These details are not sensitive and will only be used to complete your refund.
Right of Withdrawal
If you regret your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. If the package has not yet left our facilities, we will cancel the order and issue a refund immediately. If the product has already been dispatched, we cannot stop the delivery or provide a refund.
You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal by simply refusing delivery of the product. If you withdraw/return your purchase, we will deduct our incurred shipping and return costs.
A typical shipment to the EU costs 10-30 EUR, and return shipping can cost up to 50 EUR. These expenses will be deducted from the amount we refund to you, provided that the returned product is intact and unused.
Exemptions from the Right of Withdrawal
The following product types are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
• Products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
• Sealed goods that for health or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return once the seal is broken after delivery.
• Products that by their nature are mixed inseparably with other items upon delivery.
• Products where the seal is broken.
• Services already performed with the consumer’s prior express consent, acknowledging that the right of withdrawal ceases once the service is fully performed.
• Delivery of digital content not provided on a physical medium if the execution has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost in this process.
• Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription agreements for such publications.
• Agreements made at a public auction.
• Products that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Returns
For most products, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase and return the item without undue delay. You are responsible for covering the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning products, please ensure they are properly packaged and include a copy of your order confirmation (printed). Processing will be faster if you also contact customer service at info@bonlabo.com.
However, please note that Tiger Sharp Mind is classified as a food product under Danish law. Once your order has left our warehouse, it cannot be returned or refunded, as we cannot resell food products for safety and hygiene reasons. If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.
You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them back.
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for Tiger Sharp Mind
Bon Labo offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee to customers who have subscribed to Tiger Sharp Mind. This guarantee is valid for 30 days from the delivery date and applies to customers who have used the product as recommended but have not experienced a noticeable improvement in energy levels, focus, and/or other benefits related to the product’s intended effects.
The satisfaction guarantee does not cover factors such as taste preferences, packaging design, price, or other subjective assessments that are unrelated to the functional effect of the product.
To claim the satisfaction guarantee, the customer must contact Bon Labo in writing within 30 days of the delivery date and explain why the product did not meet their expectations regarding energy, focus, or other relevant benefits. Bon Labo reserves the right to decline a request if it is determined that the conditions for the guarantee have not been met.
Any refund will be issued to the original payment method and processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval of the request. The satisfaction guarantee can only be used once per customer.
If the customer received a welcome gift or a product as part of the subscription signup, it must be returned to an address specified by Bon Labo. This welcome gift is typically a premium PFAS-free drinking bottle. Once the gift has been received in undamaged condition, the full amount for the first purchase will be refunded.
Condition of Returned Goods
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in the exact same condition and quantity as you received it. This means the packaging must not be broken, and the product must not be opened, tested, or consumed. All seals and packaging must be intact and unchanged.
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from any handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Since the product is a supplement, it is not possible to inspect it without breaking the seal or packaging. Therefore, any breaking of the seal or packaging is considered a reduction in the product’s value.
If the product has been opened, even if you have re-sealed it, it is considered used, and you will not be entitled to return it. If the product is opened or otherwise diminished, you will not receive any refund.
When returning an item, ensure it is securely packaged and keep a copy of the purchase receipt.
Reimbursement
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid us. We will deduct any shipping costs incurred by us (both outgoing and return shipping if applicable).
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you originally used, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide documentation that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
